Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education PLUS Training (IELCE + T)
Integrated English Literacy and Civics Education combine English language learning with civics education and career training to help students succeed in the workplace and participate more fully in their communities.
Students build English proficiency while learning about civic responsibilities, workplace expectations, and career pathways aligned with local workforce needs.
Classes meet one per week for 3 hours per day over a 10-week session.

ALPS provides free internet access, and students may use the on-site computer lab to complete assignments.
